By downloading or using the Carousai app on iOS, you automatically agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the app. You may not copy, modify, attempt to extract the source code, or create derivative versions of the app or our trademarks.
Aleksandr Timonchev retains all intellectual property rights related to the Carousai app.
Aleksandr Timonchev aims to keep the app useful and efficient. We reserve the right to change the app or charge for its services at any time. If we charge for the app or its services, we will make it clear what you are paying for.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are available for weekly, monthly, or annual periods, depending on the selected plan. Payment is charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by accessing your Apple ID settings in the App Store. The renewal price will be the same as the initial subscription price unless stated otherwise.
Refunds for subscription purchases are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. To request a refund, visit Apple's support page.
Free Trial
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.
AI-Generated Content and Limitations
Carousai uses artificial intelligence to generate carousel content. By using the AI features of the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- AI-generated content is produced automatically and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or inappropriate material
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before publishing or sharing
- AI models and providers may change over time, which may affect the quality, style, or availability of generated content
- Results may vary for identical or similar inputs
- Generated content may not always comply with the guidelines or policies of target social media platforms
- AI features require an active internet connection and are subject to availability
You agree to use AI-generated content responsibly and in compliance with the rules and policies of any platforms where you publish or share such content. You acknowledge that AI-generated content requires human oversight and verification before use.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to create, distribute, or publish content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory
- Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties
- Promotes hatred, violence, or illegal activities
- Constitutes spam, phishing, or fraudulent schemes
- Contains false or misleading information intended to deceive
- Violates the terms of service or community guidelines of target social media platforms
- Includes personal data of third parties without their consent
- Violates the privacy rights of any individual
- Contains malicious code, instructions for malicious software, or any form of malware
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for any user who engages in prohibited uses, without prior notice or liability.
Intellectual Property of Generated Content
Content generated through the Service using your inputs belongs to you, subject to any applicable third-party rights and the limitations described herein. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content does not infringe on the rights of others.
Third-Party Services
The app uses the following third-party services:
- Google Analytics for Firebase
- Firebase Crashlytics
- RevenueCat
- Mixpanel
- Bugsnag
Internet Connection and Charges
Certain functions require an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or mobile data. Aleksandr Timonchev is not responsible if the app does not function fully without an internet connection or if you incur charges from your network provider. If you use the app outside your home territory, please be aware of potential roaming charges.
Device Responsibility
Ensure your device stays charged. Aleksandr Timonchev is not liable if you cannot access the Service due to low battery.
App Updates and Termination
The app is available on iOS, and system requirements may change. You agree to accept updates when offered. We may also terminate app access without notice, ending your rights and licenses to use it. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete it if necessary.
Warranty Disclaimer
Carousai is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and are not liable for any loss of data or damages resulting from your use of the App.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aleksandr Timonchev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of Carousai. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed $10 USD.
